Privacy Policy
Effective date: 27 July 2026 Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Who we are
kaki games ("kaki games", "the app") is owned and operated by Integral Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), a digital product company operating remotely and reachable through integraltechnologies.co.
For anything to do with your privacy or your data, book a call with us: Contact us
Integral Technologies is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what information we collect when you use kaki games, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. It applies to the kaki games app on iOS and Android and to the kaki games website.
It does not cover the practices of Apple, Google, or the other third parties whose own policies we link to in section 7.
3. Age requirement
kaki games is intended for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, book a call with us using the link above and we will delete the account and its data promptly.
Some countries set the age of digital consent higher than 13 — up to 16 in parts of the European Economic Area. Where your country requires a higher age, you must meet it, or have your parent or guardian's consent.
We do not direct kaki games at children and we do not operate it as a child-directed service under the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
4. Information we collect
4.1 When you play anonymously
You can play without an account, an email address, or any sign-up. When you do, we still process:
- A device-scoped identifier we generate so the app recognises your installation and keeps your progress attached to it.
- Gameplay data — levels reached, scores, Brain Points, streak length, badges earned, attempts and energy state, which games you play and when.
- Device and technical data — device model, operating system version, app version, language and region settings, IP address, and basic diagnostic or crash information.
An anonymous profile is not linked to your name or email and we cannot identify you from it — which also means we cannot recover it for you if you lose the device.
4.2 When you sign in
If you create an account (Google, Apple, or a one-time email code), we additionally process:
- Your email address, to identify your account and send sign-in codes and essential service messages. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive Apple's private relay address instead.
- Your username and avatar, including any image you upload as a custom avatar.
- Your social graph — who you follow, who follows you, and who you have blocked.
- Your privacy settings — whether you are discoverable by username and whether you appear on the global leaderboard.
- Your party history — parties you have hosted or joined and the results of those matches.
We never receive or store a password. Sign-in is handled by Google, Apple, or a one-time code, so there is no kaki games password to be lost or stolen.
4.3 Reports and moderation
If you report another player, we process your report, your username, the reported username, and the context the app captures about what you reported, so we can review it and act. If someone reports you, we process the same information about you. We keep records of moderation decisions so we can apply them consistently and handle appeals.
4.4 Purchases
Payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card number, bank details, or billing address. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred, a transaction identifier, and the item bought, so we can grant it to you and honour restores.
4.5 Advertising
kaki games shows rewarded video ads that you choose to watch. To serve them, our advertising partner processes:
- Your device's advertising identifier — the Advertising ID on Android, the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS where you have permitted it.
- Your IP address, coarse location derived from it, device and operating system information, and ad interaction data such as whether an ad was shown, watched, or clicked.
Section 9 sets out the choices you have.
4.6 Offline play and sync
Solo play works without a connection. While you are offline, gameplay data is stored on your device and uploaded the next time you are online. Nothing about offline play is transmitted while you are offline.
4.7 Reminders
The optional daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device. It does not involve a push notification service, and no data leaves your device to deliver it. We store the time you chose so the setting persists.
4.8 When you contact us
If you book a call or otherwise contact us for support or to exercise a data right, we keep a record of the conversation, the contact details you provide, and whatever you tell us — for as long as we need it to help you and to record how we handled it.
4.9 What we do not collect
We do not collect your precise GPS location, your contacts, your photo library beyond an avatar you deliberately choose, microphone or camera input, health data, or your activity outside kaki games.
5. Why we use your information
| What we do | Information used | Legal basis (EEA/UK) |

Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time (section 9), without affecting anything that happened before you did.
6. Avatar uploads
If you upload a custom avatar, the image is stored in our hosting provider's file storage and served to other players wherever your profile appears. Please do not upload an image you would not want seen publicly, and do not upload an image you do not have the rights to.
7. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers below, only for the purposes described, and only as far as they need it.
| Who | What they do for us | What they receive | Their policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Hosting, database, authentication, file storage — the infrastructure kaki games runs on | Account data, gameplay data, avatar images, moderation records, technical logs | supabase.com |
| Google AdMob | Serves rewarded video ads | Advertising identifier, IP address, device data, ad interaction data | policies.google.com |
| Apple — App Store, Sign in with Apple, StoreKit | Distribution, sign-in, payment processing | Purchase data, Apple account identifier or private relay email | apple.com |
| Google — Play Store, Google Sign-In, Play Billing | Distribution, sign-in, payment processing | Purchase data, Google account identifier and email | policies.google.com |
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to — a court order, or a valid request from a regulator or law enforcement — where we need to establish or defend legal claims, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
8. What other players can see
Some information is public by design:
- Your username and avatar.
- Your Brain Points and position on the global leaderboard, once you are signed in and if you have not turned global visibility off.
- Your results within a party you have joined.
- Who you follow and who follows you, which is visible to other players.
Your email address is never shown to other players, and neither is your block list — blocking someone does not notify them.
You can limit this. In Settings you control whether you are discoverable by username and whether you appear on the global leaderboard at all. Turn both off and you can still play, earn, and keep a streak without appearing publicly. You can also play entirely anonymously, which means giving up leaderboards altogether.
9. Advertising and your choices
Rewarded ads are always opt-in: you choose to watch one in exchange for continuing a round. We never interrupt play with an ad you did not ask for.
In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any personalized advertising, through a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy Choices. Declining does not cost you rewarded ads — they will simply be non-personalized.
On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt controls whether apps can access your advertising identifier. You can change it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Anywhere, the one-time Remove Ads purchase takes ads out of the app.
10. Where your information is processed
Integral Technologies operates remotely, and our service providers operate internationally. Your information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and countries in the European Union.
Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards — the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision covering the destination country. You can ask us for details of the safeguards applying to a specific transfer by booking a call using the link in section 1.
11. How long we keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Account and gameplay data (signed in) | While your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of deletion |
| Anonymous profile data | While the app is installed, and up to 12 months of inactivity, then deleted |
| Purchase and tax records | As long as tax and accounting law requires — up to 7 years |
| Moderation reports and decisions | 24 months, or longer where needed to enforce a ban |
| Support conversations | 24 months after the conversation ends |
| Security and anti-cheat logs | 12 months |
| Backups | Deleted data is purged from backups within 30 days |
12. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, and at rest. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it. Authentication is delegated to Google, Apple, or one-time email codes, so there is no kaki games password database to breach. Database access is governed by row-level security rules, so one player's data cannot be read by another.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information and creates a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
13. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Access the information we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your account and your data — you can do this yourself in Settings → Account → Delete Account, without contacting us.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, including for personalized ads.
- Complain to us, and to a data protection authority.
Use the in-app controls, or book a call using the link in section 1. We will respond within one month, and we will not charge you or treat you worse for asking.
If you are in the EEA or the UK
You have the rights above under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the authority in your country of residence in the EEA.
If you are in California
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to access, delete, and correct it, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell your personal information for money. Serving personalized ads may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law — you can opt out at any time in Settings → Privacy Choices, or by declining Apple's tracking prompt on iOS. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a right to limit. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and you may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
If you are elsewhere
Comparable rights exist under a growing number of laws, including Brazil's LGPD, Canada's PIPEDA, Australia's Privacy Act, and the privacy statutes of several US states. We apply the rights in this section to anyone who asks, wherever they live.
14. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change. If a change is material we will tell you in the app before it takes effect and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
